What we process

Zombie Love Story at https://zombielovestory.art processes your account details, uploaded photos, generation selections, task records, credit transactions and purchase records to operate the service. We also process basic request information needed for authentication and abuse prevention.

Photos and AI generation

Only upload photos with permission from everyone shown. When you create a film, your selected photos and a story prompt are sent to APIMart for video generation. Photos are stored through our configured object storage. Public input URLs are necessary for the generation service to retrieve them; treat these links as shareable and do not upload sensitive images.

APIMart and its underlying model services process submitted material under their own terms and retention practices. We do not promise that external providers immediately delete inputs or never retain them. Your photographs are not published in a public gallery by this site.

Accounts and payments

Authentication uses essential session cookies. Stripe processes card details for enabled purchases; we retain order and credit records, not full card numbers. Optional analytics and support services operate only when configured by the site operator. Where an optional consent banner is enabled, it controls the integrations described there.

Storage and retention

To restore a draft after sign-in or checkout, your browser may temporarily keep the two selected photos in its local IndexedDB storage, scoped to the current tab. These drafts expire after two hours and are removed when the site is next opened; clearing site data also removes them.

Task history keeps the generation state and links so you can return to your films. We attempt to copy completed videos to our configured object storage. If this copy fails, the original provider link remains available until it expires; the studio shows a download warning. Saved copies remain until removed by the operator, and permanent hosting is not guaranteed. Uploaded source photos are scheduled for deletion from our R2 storage after 72 hours, with cleanup running every six hours; active generation tasks are excluded until completion. Account records are retained separately. Third-party provider retention is governed by their own policies. Download videos promptly and keep your own copy.

Your choices and requests

Do not upload anyone who has not consented. For access, correction, photo removal or account-deletion requests, open a support ticket from your account at support tickets. Include the relevant task ID, but never send passwords or payment card details. Legal transaction records may need to be retained after account deletion.

Age and changes

The creation studio is for adults aged 18 or older. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date above identifies the current version.
