Purchase & Refund Policy

One-time generation packs

All prices are in USD. A 10-second 768P film costs $6.90 for 1, $9.90 for 3, or $12.90 for 5 generations. A 15-second 1080P film costs $8.90 for 1, $13.90 for 3, or $17.90 for 5 generations. Each purchase grants attempts only for its chosen format; formats cannot be exchanged. All packs are one-time payments, with no subscription, points or scheduled expiration.

Pay-the-difference upgrades

You can increase the number of generations or move to the 15-second 1080P format by paying the difference between the current pack's listed price and the selected higher pack's listed price. Downgrades and reductions in purchased generations are not offered. Already completed films remain unchanged, and already-used generations stay counted against the upgraded total. Your remaining generations move to the new format only after payment is confirmed.

When a generation is used

Your account must be signed in, and your images must pass validation before a generation can begin. One generation of the selected format is reserved when a task starts. If the service rejects the request, or the task fails or is cancelled, that generation becomes available again when the task is reconciled. Reload the studio to check a saved task; do not start a new request merely to check progress.

Completed films

An AI result can vary in appearance and resemblance. A successful generation uses one purchased attempt and does not automatically qualify for a restored attempt solely due to artistic preferences. Download your film promptly: external download links can expire. Unused generations remain available for future requests of the same format.

Money refunds and duplicate purchases

Cash refunds are reviewed by support, rather than automatically issued by the studio. If you were charged incorrectly, bought a pack twice, or paid for a pack that was not delivered, submit a support ticket with your order ID. Never include payment-card details. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain in force.

When payments are unavailable

If checkout or video generation is not configured, the site shows an unavailable message and does not simulate payment or usage. Only confirmed, settled payments grant generation attempts; redirecting back from checkout alone does not confirm payment.
